FUNCTIONS AND POLICIES

  2. Enforce and control all activities in the administrative area in line with applicable laws and regulations.
  3. Issuing and controlling business licenses, business advertising signs, and hawkers.
  4. Providing business facilities such as shops, bazaars, stalls, public markets and others.
  5. Regulate cleaning services.
  6. Providing and maintaining public facilities, recreation, landscaping and urban beautification.
  7. Providing and maintaining infrastructure facilities such as roads, drainage, sewers and street lights.
  8. Manage financial resources efficiently, effectively and prudently in accordance with established financial management procedures.
  9. Acting as a building control body in ensuring compliance with laws, acts, guidelines and general council policies to create a controlled and orderly environment.
